Mr Nabeel Bhatti is a dual-qualified dental and medical professional, specialising in oral and maxillofacial surgery. He is widely recognised for his expertise in facial trauma, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, facial pain, oral surgery, and facial deformity, combining precision surgical skill with patient-focused care.
Mr Bhatti began his training in dentistry at the Royal London, graduating in 2002. He initially worked as a general dental practitioner and oral surgeon before completing his medical training at Guy’s and King’s College London. Specialist surgical training followed in Kent and Sussex, after which he entered the London Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Training rotation, gaining experience at leading institutions including University College London Hospitals, Great Ormond Street Hospital, and Barts Health.
As a Consultant Surgeon, Mr Bhatti treats complex trauma cases as well as general oral and maxillofacial surgery referrals. He combines a meticulous approach with clear communication to ensure patient safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes. His practice encompasses a broad range of procedures, from jaw surgery and wisdom tooth removal to TMJ surgery, facial reconstruction, craniofacial repair, and functional Botox treatments for TMJ or facial palsy.
Outside the clinic, Mr Bhatti contributes to surgical education as an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at Queen Mary University of London. He is the lead examiner on the Craniofacial Trauma MSc and conducts research focusing on the acute and chronic management of mandibular jaw joint trauma. His work has been widely published, with studies on condylar fractures, facial trauma, and craniofacial reconstruction appearing in leading journals such as the British Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the Journal of Craniomaxillofacial Surgery.
Mr Bhatti’s approach is guided by careful assessment, thoughtful planning, and a commitment to delivering the best available treatment tailored to each patient’s needs.
