Mr. Nicholas Kalavrezos is a Head and Neck Reconstructive Surgeon, specialising in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery. He practises at The Harley Street Clinic, the University College London Hospital. Additionally, he serves as the Lead Head and Neck Sarcoma Surgeon for the renowned London Sarcoma Service.
With a focus on ablative and reconstructive surgery for the head and neck region, Mr. Kalavrezos has extensive expertise in managing sarcomas. His surgical repertoire also includes thyroid and facial trauma procedures, along with innovative “scarless” facelift treatment for salivary gland tumours.
Research & Teaching
Mr. Kalavrezos is the President of the European Association for Cranio-Maxillofacial Surgery (EACMFS).
He played a crucial role in establishing the Centre for Reconstructive Surgery at the University College London (UCL). He actively engages in cutting-edge research, particularly in the realm of ’tissue engineering bio-scaffolding,’ conducted at UCL’s Nanotechnology Laboratory.
Recognised for his contributions, Mr. Kalavrezos is frequently invited to lecture at prestigious conferences both nationally and internationally.
