Medical Regulation

Our regulatory environment and how this helps to promote patient safety, along with good care.

Extract from CQC inspection report

National Regulation

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator of health and social care services in England.

Our most recent inspection, conducted at our former premises at 103–105 Harley Street, rated our clinic highly across all categories. Although that assessment was location-specific, the CQC conducts ongoing monitoring of registered providers throughout the UK, which we fully support and welcome.

Our team looks forward to a future on-site inspection at our purpose-built facility, which has been designed to enhance both patient care and staff experience. Given these improved conditions, we have every confidence in maintaining the same high standards.

We are fully registered with the CQC to provide diagnostic, screening, and surgical procedures, as well as treatment for disease, disorders, or injuries. This registration reflects the full scope of services we offer across the maxillofacial spectrum.

Patient safety and clinical effectiveness remain the foundation of our work. We rigorously follow CQC guidelines, along with best practice standards from other relevant professional bodies.
